BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds, has declared to the AMF that on June 5 it crossed below the threshold of 5% of Getlink's share capital, and now holds 4.95% of the share capital and 3.84% of the voting rights of Eurotunnel's parent company.

The American asset management giant explained that this threshold crossing was the result of a sale of Getlink shares on the market and a reduction in the number of shares held as collateral.
