On Tuesday, GE unveiled the composition of the future boards of GE Vernova and GE Aerospace, the two independent companies that will emerge from its planned demerger, scheduled for completion early in the second quarter of 2024.

GE Vernova's nine-member board will be chaired by Stephen Angel, former head of industrial gases manufacturer Linde.

Other board members include Scott Strazik, CEO of GE Vernova, Arnold Donald, former CEO of cruise line Carnival, Jesus Malave, current CFO of Lockheed Martin, and Jessica Uhl, former CFO of Shell.

At GE Aerospace, Lawrence Culp, Jr, current CEO of GE, who will be supported by nine directors, including such prestigious names as Thomas Enders, former CEO of Airbus and EADS, and Sébastien Bazin, current CEO of AccorHotels.
