Focus Systems to Relaunch Key Subsidiary

Focus Systems is pleased to announce that the Board of Directors has decided to relaunch the subsidiary previously known as Vista Co., as of June 12, 2023, under a new company name. Details are given below.

1. Details of Relaunched Company (from June 12, 2023) Trade Name: Focus Incubate Corporation

Location: 2-7-8Higashi-gotanda, Shinagawa, Tokyo, Japan

Representative Director: Yuji Matsuzaka

Main Business: Enterprise and venture business investment and financing together with associated HR development and agency services

Capital: 40 million yen

Founded: August 1, 1985

Sole Investor: Focus Systems Corporation (100%)

2. Purpose of Relaunch

We believe that our investment targets should be closely involved in the development of Focus Systems-branded products and services, as this will contribute to the growth of the group as a whole. In line with our overarching commitment to growth, and in order to promote investment in solution-focused,R&D-driven venture businesses and nurture the development of real-world solutions, the decision has been made to change the name of the subsidiary and update its operations.
