The Company's projects include Deerhorn property and Colorado Klondike property. The Company owns a 50% interest in the Deerhorn property, located in northwestern British Columbia, acquired from a company related by virtue of common directors. The Company holds Colorado Klondike property, which is located in south-central Colorado, United States. The property is situated approximately 16 kilometers (km) (10 miles) from the small town of Saguache and is easily accessible through paved and gravel roads. It is a silver-gold-tellurium property, which covers approximately 5,133 hectares (ha) or 51.33 square kilometers (km2).
