NOTICE OF TRANSFER OF TREASURY SHARES
In accordance with Rule 704(28) of the Listing Manual, the Board of Directors of First Resources Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce the following transfer of treasury shares pursuant to the First Resources Employee Share Award Scheme 2020 (the "ESAS"):

c) | Number of treasury shares transferred | 17,400 |
d) | Number of treasury shares held before transfer | 7,007,000 |

f) | Percentage of the number of treasury shares against the total number of ordinary shares outstanding before transfer | 0.444% (1) |
g) | Percentage of the number of treasury shares against the total number of ordinary shares outstanding after transfer | 0.443% (2) |
h) | Value of the treasury shares transferred | S$22,726.49 |
Notes:
(1) The percentage is based on 1,577,065,969 issued ordinary shares (excluding 7,007,000 treasury shares) in the share capital of the Company as at 18 April 2022 immediately before the above-mentioned transfer of treasury shares on 18 April 2022.
(2) The percentage is based on 1,577,083,369 issued ordinary shares (excluding 6,989,600 treasury shares) in the share capital of the Company as at 18 April 2022 immediately after the above-mentioned transfer of treasury shares on 18 April 2022.
