Finolex Cables Limited announced that Based on the recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee, at its meeting held on 17th September 2019, the Board of Directors of the Company (the"Board") at its Meeting held on 18th September 2019 has, appointed Devender Kumar Vasal, Jayaram Rajasekara Reddy, Joel Raphael Samuel and Yatin Redkar as Non-Executive directors of the company with effect from 19th September 2019.
