Factoring Total S.A. announced that it has received PEN 4.50 million in an equity round of funding on March 19, 2015. The transaction involved participation from existing investor Leasing Total S.A. Leasing Total S.A. now holds 8,589,264 shares and Inversiones Invernadic S.A. now hold 1 share in the capital of the company. The transaction size includes the cash and the non-cash contribution made by the investors.

The shares were issued at their nominal value.
