EPARK, Inc. agreed to acquire 58.3% stake in EPARK Technologies Co., Ltd from Extreme Co.,Ltd. (TSE:6033) for ¥360 million on May 14, 2024. The consideration consists of ¥358 million in cash. As part of the consideration, ¥358 million was paid towards common equity.
Prior to the transaction, EPARK, Inc. held 41.7%. The transaction is expected to close on May 31, 2024.
