HJLK Co., Ltd. cancelled the acquisition of Hanjin Logistics India Private Ltd. from Hanjin Shipping Holdings Co. Ltd..

HJLK Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire Hanjin Logistics India Private Ltd. from Hanjin Shipping Holdings Co. Ltd. (KOSE:A000700) for KRW 3.1 billion in cash on August 25, 2014. In related transactions, HJLK also agreed to acquire Hanjin Logistics (Schenzhen) Co., Ltd., Hanjin Logistics (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. and Hanjin Logistics (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. Hanjin Logistics India had total assets of KRW 4.5 billion, stockholders' equity of KRW 3.2 billion, sales of KRW 14.2 billion and net profit of KRW 180 million in 2013. The Board of Directors of HJLK resolved the deal on August 25, 2014. The transaction is expected to close on August 29, 2014.
