Mérieux Développement SAS and Eurazeo (ENXTPA:RF) signed an agreement to acquire 76% in NOVACAP SASU from Ardian on April 11, 2016. Under the terms, Mérieux Développement SAS will acquire 9% while Eurazeo will acquire 67%. Ardian will retain a minority stake. The consideration comprises an earn-out of 30 million and an enterprise value of 654 million. Eurazeo will inject 160 million in equities. Novacap generated revenues of 634 million and EBITDA of 91.5 million in 2015. The deal is subject to regulatory approvals.
