Erste Group Bank AG (WBAG:EBS) made an offer to acquire the remaining 6.73% stake in Banca Comerciala Romana S.A. from SC Yoyo Impex SRL, SC Cozamin SRL, EGB Ceps Holding GmbH and others for approximately RON 670 million on September 6, 2012. Erste Group Bank AG will acquire the stake from the minority shareholders at an offer per share of RON 0.92. The buyout offer will stand between September 6, 2012 and October 26, 2012.
As of March 11, 2013, Erste Group Bank AG (WBAG:EBS) made an offer to acquire the remaining 6.43% stake in Banca Comerciala Romana S.A. from SC Yoyo Impex SRL, SC Cozamin SRL, EGB Ceps Holding GmbH and others for approximately RON 520 million. The offer, which excludes the government investment fund, or SIF, has been launched with an initial price of RON 0.75 per share. The initial price is valid from March 8, 2013 through June 30, 2013, and is subject to quarterly adjustments.
