Board Committees

In accordance with paragraph 9.6.11R of the UK Listing Rules, Entain plc (LSE: ENT), the global sports betting, gaming and interactive entertainment group, announces the following changes to its Board Committees:

• Stella David will become chair of the Remuneration Committee.
• Rahul Welde will become a member of the Remuneration and Audit Committees.

As a result of these changes, the membership of the Remuneration and Audit Committees is as follows:
