Raphael Schoentgen has been appointed Director of Research and Technology, effective as of April 1, 2014. In that capacity, he becomes a member of GDF SUEZ's Executive Committee and reports to Jean-Francois Cirelli, GDF SUEZ Vice-Chairman and President. He has been Chief Representative Officer of GDF SUEZ in China since 2008.

Between 2004 and 2007, he held the position of Advisor in charge of European and International Affairs at the French Ministry for Energy, Industry and Telecommunications. He joined SUEZ in 2007 as Strategy Advisor for the Energy International Business Line, in charge of international business activities. Marc Florette, GDF SUEZ Executive Committee member, has been appointed Digital Director, effective as of April 1, 2014.

He reports to Gerard Mestrallet, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Since 2003, Marc Florette has been Head of Research at Gaz de France and afterwards GDF SUEZ Senior Vice President in charge of Research & Innovation. In 1999, he was appointed Deputy Head of Gaz de France's Research Division and, in 2000, became Head of the Cogeneration Unit within the Service business at Gaz de France and was in charge of the DK6 power plant construction project (800 MW) within Arcelor Mittal.

Jean-Marc Guyot has been appointed Head of the China BU, effective as from April 1, 2014. He is in charge of the China BU's results and business activities, reporting to General Management via Jean-Marie Dauger, Executive Vice-President in charge of the Global Gas & LNG business line, who supervises the activity. Jean-Marc Guyot has been Chief Executive Officer of Elengy since 2013.

He returned to gas infrastructures in 2004 as Head of gas distribution in Paris and in 2008 was appointed Deputy Head of Storengy. Alexandre Brailowsky has been appointed Head of Societal Responsibility, within the Environmental and Societal Responsibility Division, effective as of April 1, 2014. Since 2006, Alexandre Brailowsky has been Dialogue and Social Empowerment Director at SUEZ ENVIRONNEMENT.
