Efore Plc has today received a notification of change in holdings in accordance with chapter 2, section 9 of the Securities Markets Act as follows: As a result ofthe share issue directed to Efore Management Oy on January 13, 2012, Efore Management Oy's share of the total number of shares and voting rights in Efore Plc has exceeded 5 per cent.

Number of shares: 2,084,400 shares
Share of the total number of shares and voting rights: 4.90%

Efore Management Oy's shareholding following the share issue:
Number of shares: 2,358,242 shares
