Dusit International has appointed Thomas Pfordte as group director of food and beverage. Pfordte, who has more than 18 years' experience working in senior positions, will be responsible for the Dusit group's entire food and beverage operations. He has worked in Asia, the Middle East and Europe. His past experiences included F&B stints with the Jumeirah, Hyatt, Hilton and Regent brands. Prior to joining Dusit, Pfordte had been the group director of food and beverage for Marco Polo Hotels in Hong Kong since 2011.
