PTT Oil and Retail Business Public Company Limited (SET:OR) entered into an agreement to acquire 25% stake in Dusit Foods Co., Ltd. from Dusit Thani Public Company Limited (SET:DUSIT) on August 19, 2022. As of September 8, 2022, all material conditions precedent specified under the Share Purchase Agreement and the Share Subscription agreement have been fulfilled.
