Iain Henderson Steps Down from the Board of Diploma and to Retire from Diploma Group on March 31, 2016

Diploma PLC has announced that Iain Henderson, its current COO, has stepped down from the board and will retire from the Diploma Group on March 31, 2016. Iain has been a key member of the Board since 1998 and as COO since 2005, has played a significant role in developing and implementing the growth strategy of the Group.
