Vantage Data Centers Management Company, LLC announced that it will receive $6400 million in round of funding co-led by new investor Silver Lake Technology Management, L.L.C. and returning investor DigitalBridge Group, Inc. on January 9, 2024. The company will issue common shares in the transaction. The transaction is expected to close in first quarter of 2024.
