As DHouse Pattana Public Company Limited ("the Company") has offered 217,200,000 ordinary shares to the public (IPO) between October 16 and 19 -20,2020 at an offering price of 0.60 Baht per share with the total amount of130.32 million baht and the remaining amount after deducting the underwriting and underwriting fees in the offering of shares and other related expenses in the share offering amount of 115.41 million baht. The company would like to report the utilization of proceed from IPO ended 30 June 2022 as follow
