Wong Tseng Hon signed a Sale and Purchase Agreement to acquire additional 6.21% stake in Da Sen Holdings Group Limited from Hsi Yung Thung Tom and Liu Weimin for HKD 4.3 million.

Wong Tseng Hon signed a Sale and Purchase Agreement to acquire additional 6.21% stake in Da Sen Holdings Group Limited (SEHK:1580) from Hsi Yung Thung Tom and Liu Weimin for HKD 4.3 million on September 21, 2022. The Consideration will be financed by the Wong's personal savings. Wong already held 25.52% stake in Da Sen Holdings Group Limited (SEHK:1580).

Following completion of this agreement a mandatory tender offer will be launched by Wong. Completion is expected to take place on or before September 28, 2022. Rainbow Capital (HK) limited acted as a financial advisor to Wong Tseng Hon.
