CPN Retail Growth Leasehold REIT reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2023. For the second quarter, the company reported sales was THB 1,403.79 million compared to THB 1,218.29 million a year ago. Revenue was THB 1,412.32 million compared to THB 1,222.29 million a year ago. Net income was THB 757.23 million compared to THB 856.12 million a year ago.
For the six months, sales was THB 2,752.18 million compared to THB 2,302.42 million a year ago. Revenue was THB 2,765.37 million compared to THB 2,310.81 million a year ago. Net income was THB 1,391.41 million compared to THB 1,321.83 million a year ago.
CPN Retail Growth Leasehold REIT (the Trust) is a Thailand-based closed-end real estate investment trust. The Trustâs objectives are to raise funds and mainly use funds to invest in properties or leasehold properties and seeks benefits from such properties. The Trust is engaged in investing in seven shopping malls, which are Central Rama II, Central Rama III, Central Pinklao, Central Chiangmai Airport, Central Pattaya, Central Marina and Central Lampang. The Trust is engaged in investing in three office buildings, which are Pinklao Tower A & Tower B, The Ninth Towers and Unilever House. The Trust invests in one hotel, Hilton Pattaya. The Companyâs subsidiaries include CPN REIT Management Company Limited, SCB Asset Management Company Limited, The Siam Commercial Bank Public Company Limited, SCB Securities Company Limited, Central Pattana Rama 2 Company Limited, Central Pattana Rama 3 Company Limited, Central Pattana Chiangmai Company Limited and other.
