Cosmos Initia Co., Ltd. (JASDAQ:8844) signed a contact to acquire additional 13% stake in WOOC Co., Ltd. on December 20, 2021. Post completion, Cosmos Initia stake in WOOC will increase from 20% to 33%. The transaction is resolved by the board of Cosmos Initia Co., Ltd. and is expected to complete on January 14, 2022.
COSMOS INITIA Co.,Ltd. is a Japan-based company engaged in the residential business, solutions business, construction business, overseas business and other related business. The Company operates through four business segments. The Residential segment is engaged in the sale of newly-built condominiums, newly-built single-family houses, town houses, renovated condominiums, as well as provision of retail brokerage services. The Solution segment is engaged in sublease of condominiums and office buildings, the sale and intermediation of real estate for investment, consulting on real estate, as well as management of hotels.
