CME Group Berhad announced the appointment of Dato' Azmil Bin Mohd Zabidi as Independent and Non-Executive Chairman of the Nomination Committee, effective May 26, 2023. Age 62. Composition of Audit Committee (Name and Directorate of members after change): Dato' Azmil Bin Mohd Zabidi (Independent Non-Executive Director) - Chairman; YAM Tengku Besar Tengku Kamil Ismail Bin Tengku Idris Shah (Independent Non-Executive Director) - Member and Ms Ong Suan Pin (Independent Non-Executive Director) - Member.
