On May 22, 2013, the Company announced that it has acquired a 90.8% stake in CHIN YANG INDUSTRY CO., LTD.. After the transaction, the Company's stake in CHIN YANG INDUSTRY CO., LTD. has increased to 50.96% from 41.88%.
