  • 　　On January 16, China State Construction Engineering Corporation Ltd. (CSCEC) won the PPP project for the Happy Forest Belt constriction in Xi'an, with the winning price of about RMB12.5 billion. Consisting of municipal roads, utility tunnels, subway, underground space and green landscape, the project is the largest underground complex in the world and the biggest urban forest construction project in China.
    Crossing Xincheng District and Yanta District of Xi'an, the 6km-long and 200m-wide belt covers a land area of about 1.2 million square meters. (from Headquarters of CSCEC Northwest)
