  • 　　The integrative contract of Investment and Construction and of project construction of Shantytown Renovation and Settlement Project were signed on December 28, 2015 between China Construction Seventh Engineering Division Corp. Ltd. (CSCEC 7th Bureau) and Pingdingshan Gaoxin District with the signed contract price of 3.55 billion yuan.

    　　The Shantytown Renovation covers Xiaoying Resettlement Zone and Daizhuang Resettlement Zone, with the land occupation of 310mu and the building area of 660,000sqm for the former and the land occupation of 109mu and the building area of 230,000sqm for the latter.(from CSCEC 7th Bureau)
