CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY AND AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE

AND

RESIGNATION OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

The board (the''Board'') of directors of China Fordoo Holdings Limited (the''Company'') announces that Mr. Chung Ming Kit has tendered his resignation as the company secretary, an authorized representative and the chief financial officer of the Company with effect from 7 July 2017 to pursue other career opportunities.

Mr. Chung has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and there are no circumstances related to his resignation which need to be brought to the attention of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the''Stock Exchange'') and the shareholders of the Company.

The Board announces that Mr. Lai Tsz Yin has been appointed as the company secretary of the Company with effect from 7 July 2017.

Mr. Lai, aged 51, is a certified public accountant with over 25 years of accounting and auditing experience. He is a founder of Germain Lai & Co., a CPA firm. He had worked as an assistant manager in an international accounting firm and held senior positions in other companies listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange, responsible for financial and accounting matters. Mr. Lai obtained a master's degree in accounting from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2002. He is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

The Board further announces that Mr. Kwok Hon Fung, the chief executive officer and an executive director of the Company, has been appointed as an authorized representative of the Company with effect from 7 July 2017. The other authorized representative of the Company, Mr. Kwok Kin Sun, the chairman and an executive director of the Company, remains unchanged.

The Board would like to take this opportunity to express its gratitude to Mr. Chung for his contribution to the Company during the tenure of his service.
