Chien Wei Precise Technology Co., Ltd. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2021. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was TWD 90.58 million compared to TWD 83.75 million a year ago. Net loss was TWD 5.33 million compared to net income of TWD 1.22 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.14 compared to basic earnings per share from continuing operations of TWD 0.03 a year ago. Diluted loss per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.14 compared to diluted earnings per share from continuing operations of TWD 0.03 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was TWD 245.2 million compared to TWD 229.28 million a year ago. Net loss was TWD 22.37 million compared to TWD 12.78 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.58 compared to TWD 0.33 a year ago. Diluted loss per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.58 compared to TWD 0.33 a year ago.
CHIEN WEI PRECISE TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the manufacture and sales of precise molds, measure equipment, processing equipment, as well as other precise parts and components. Its processing equipment includes machine tools, jig grinders and computer numerical control (CNC) vertical grinders. The Company's precise molds are used for manufacturing of semiconductors, compact disks (CDs) and optoelectronic products. The measure equipment is used in integrated circuit (IC) component industry, semiconductor related industry, printed circuit board (PCB) industry, precise molds industry and mechanical component processing industry. The other precise components include parts, components and precise materials used for machines and equipment. The Company distributes its products in domestic market and to other Asia markets.
