(NYSE: APL) ("APL", "Atlas Pipeline", or the "Partnership") announced today that the Partnership has declared a quarterly cash distribution for the fourth quarter of 2011 of $0.55 per common limited partner unit, payable Tuesday, February 14, 2012 to holders of record as of Tuesday, February 7, 2012. The fourth quarter distribution of $0.55 per common limited partner unit is an increase of 48.6% from the $0.37 per common limited partner unit distribution paid for the fourth quarter of 2010.
