CGI Group Inc. announced earnings results for the first quarter ended December 31, 2018. For the first quarter, the company announced sales was CAD 2,963.946 million compared to CAD 2,816.895 million a year ago. Net income was CAD 311.474 million compared to CAD 285.265 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was CAD 1.12 compared to CAD 0.99 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was CAD 1.11 compared to CAD 0.98 a year ago.
