Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia") announces that its unaudited diluted net asset value ("NAV") per share as at 31 December 2012, calculated on a cum-income basis, was 2063p.
The interim dividend in relation to the year ending 31 March 2013 of 12.9p per share will be paid on 10 January 2013.
