Cadre Holdings, Inc. announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.0875 per share, or $0.35 per share on an annualized basis. Cadre's dividend payment will be made on May 17, 2024 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on the record date of May 3, 2024.
Cadre Holdings, Inc. is engaged in manufacturing and distribution of safety products. Its products are used across federal, state and local law enforcement, explosive ordnance disposal teams, and emergency medical technicians.
