The transaction included participation from BNP Paribas Cardif S.A., the Caisse d 'Epargne Pyrenees, Banque Populaire Grand Ouest, the group Surya and historical shareholders including French Tech Accélération, a fund managed by Bpifrance Investissement SAS, Banque Populaire Auvergne Rhône Alpes, and BNP Paribas SA (ENXTPA:BNP).
