BIMobject AB (OM:BIM) signed an agreement to acquire the remaining 49% stake in Carbonzero AB from founders Daniel Olausson, Rasmus Ekberg and other minority investors on November 30, 2023. The transaction has valued at SEK 40 million. As a consideration Daniel and Rasmus will receive shares in BIMobject as well as join the BIMobject Management Team. The transaction is expected to close in December 2023.

As part of this transaction, the founders of Carbonzero will receive a cash consideration paid out over the next four years, an earnout based on BIMobject?s 2027 group performance as well as receive 2,354,618 newly emitted shares in BIMobject AB.
