The Board of Director Meeting of Bhiraj REIT Management Company Limited as the REIT Manager of Bhiraj Office Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust held on 10 August 2022 has passed resolutions as follows:

• Approved the interim dividend payment for the operating results period of 1 April 2022 to 30 June 2022 and retain earnings at the rate of Baht 0.1740 per unit trust.

The distribution payment date will be on 8 September 2022 and the record date for determination of trust unit holder entitled to receive the dividend payment will be on 25 August 2022.
