Bhiraj Office Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust Stock

Bhiraj Office Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust (the Trust) is a Thailand-based closed-end real estate investment trust (Trust/ REIT). The Trust's objective is to mobilize funds raised from the selling of trust units and loans from financial institutions to invest in the leasehold right of Bhiraj Tower at EmQuartier project that comprises majority of the office rental areas in Bhiraj Tower at EmQuartier and the associated operation areas, including the transferred ownership of utility and movable property, which are related to the operation of office buildings. Its purpose is to encourage corporate governance and to foster equitable treatment for all trust unitholders. It has invested in long-term leasehold rights in two projects: BHIRAJ TOWER at EmQuartier, part of a Mixed-Use Commercial Complex with office buildings and a department store, and BHIRAJ TOWER at BITEC, part of the BITEC Mixed-Use Complex that includes an exhibition center, convention center, and office buildings.
