Labtech (Tianjin) Technology Co., Ltd. announced that it will receive CNY 125,000,000 in an equity round of funding on December 28, 2020. The transaction will include participation from returning investor Beijing Labtech Instruments Co., Ltd. The transaction has been approved by the 9th Meeting of the the investor's 3rd Directorate and the 8th Meeting of the 3rd supervisory board. The registered capital of the company will increase from CNY 10,000,000 to CNY 135,000,000.
