According to the poll results of the AGM, from the date of this announcement, Mr. Yang Nan has formally served as a Shareholder representative Supervisor of the Company for a term of office until the expiry of the term of the first session of the Supervisory Committee.
On the same day, Mr. Wang Wei ceased to serve as a Shareholder representative Supervisor of the Company.
