The board of directors of Beijing Capital Jiaye Property Services Co., Limited announced that Mr. Xie Ping will resign as a non-executive Director and a member of the audit committee, the remuneration and evaluation committee and the risk and compliance management committee of the Board due to other work arrangements, with effect from the date of the approval of the appointment of a new Director by shareholders of the Company (the "Shareholders") at the general meeting of the Company (the "General Meeting").
