Neckarsulm, May 21 - Bechtle today announced it had received the 2014 EMEA Partner of the Year Award from EMC at the EMC Global Partner Summit during EMC World earlier this month. At the ceremony in Las Vegas, Bechtle received both the most coveted Award, "EMEA Partner of the Year 2014" as well as being recognized as "EMEA VSPEX Partner of the Year".

The "EMEA Partner of the Year" award from the storage and software specialist recognizes the excellent business development demonstrated by Bechtle in the past year. In addition to being recognized for its dynamic sales growth based on EMC solutions, Bechtle was also acknowledged for its strong understanding of the product portfolio of the EMC Federation companies - VMware, RSA and Pivotal. Bechtle also excelled in implemented a large number of customer projects based on the reference architecture VSPEX.
