Ahmad Mohammad Al-Osaimi signed a binding memorandum of understanding to acquire 56.75% stake in Bina Industrial Investment Holding Company from Bawan Company (SASE:1302) for SAR 76.7 million on July 25, 2023. For the Year 2022, the revenues of Bina Industrial Investment Holding Company SAR 267.6 million and profits are SAR 16.2 million. As on September 21, 2023.

Bawan Co has signed an agreement to sell its entire share to Ahmad Mohammad Al-Osaimi. The deal is conditional on obtaining the necessary approvals from the relevant regulatory authorities.
