On May 31, 2024, Baltic Sea Properties AS closed the transaction. The company issued 1,781,395 new shares at a price of NOK 49 per share for the gross proceeds of NOK 87,288,355. The completion of the Private Placement, final allocation and issuance of the Offer Shares are subject to the approval by the Company?s annual general meeting on 6 June 2024.
