Baltic Sea Properties AS has received notification from existing tenant, Oribalt Group, with a request for expansion according to the existing lease agreement. The expansion of the existing pharmaceutical logistic terminal will be approximately 2,800 sqm. Upon completion, the pharmaceutical logistic terminal will be approx. 9,600 sqm. The expansion right of the tenant is on similar conditions as for the existing logistic center.
The project budget is approx. EUR 2.5 million and expected handover date will be during third quarter of 2023.
