Auri, Inc (OTCPK:AURI) acquired Phoenix Fulfillment Group LLC from Scott N. Weinert in stock and other considerations on August 12, 2014. As part of the acquisition, AURI will control 100% of the shares of the associated Hong Kong company, Phoenix Fulfillment Group Limited. Pursuant to the transaction, Phoenix Fulfillment Group will operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Auri. Phoenix Fulfillment Group generated a revenue of $20 million in 2013. Scott N. Weinert will be appointed as President of AURI Inc. and Phoenix Fulfillment Group will continue to operate from its existing offices in Dallas at 1717 McKinney Avenue.
