Nvironmental Management Bureau Approvea the Environmental Compliance Certificate Application of ATN Holdings, Inc

ATN Holdings, Inc. announced that the Department of Natural Resources, through the Environmental Management Bureau, in a letter dated 04 February 2021, has approved the Environmental Compliance Certificate application of ATN Holdings, Inc. for its ATN Integrated Aggregates Project located in Barangay Macabud, Rodriguez, Rizal. The certification covers an annual extraction rate of 7,000,000 dry metric tons (DMT) of aggregates in an 82.7092-hectare project area with a total estimated Indicated resource of 66,132,300 metric tons. As stated in prior disclosures, ATN Holdings, Inc. is allocating bulk of its rock aggregates products to support key large-scale infrastructure projects listed under the government's Build, Build, Build program.
