Iwaki Co., Ltd. (TSE:6237) agreed to acquire 70% stake in Techno ECHO for ¥380 million on December 15, 2016. Under the acquisition, Iwaki Co., Ltd. (TSE:6237) acquire 140 shares. The deal is expected to close on December 26, 2016. Iwaki Co., Ltd. will use 2.2 million to pay advisory fee.

Astena Holdings Co Ltd, formerly Iwaki & Co Ltd is a Japan-based company primarily engaged in the fine chemicals business, medical business, health & beauty care (HBC) and food business, and industrial chemicals business.
