Asia Sermkij Leasing Public Company Limited announced that the meeting of the Board of Directors held on June 28, 2018 has acknowledged the resignation of Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Lo, Jun-Long and approved the appointment of new Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Yang, Tze-Ting. The resignation and appointment effective from July 31, 2018.
