Kiwi Media Group Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A012170) agreed to acquire additional 3.1% in BIOVILL Co.,Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A065940) for KRW 5 billion on April 23, 2018. As per terms, 0.9 million shares will be acquired. Post completion, Kiwi Media Group Co., Ltd. will hold total 1.32 million shares in BIOVILL Co.,Ltd. The Board of Directors of Kiwi Media Group Co., Ltd. resolved the deal on April 23, 2018.
The deal is expected to close on April 23, 2018.
