Arjo AB Reports Earnings Results for the Second Quarter and Six Months Ended June 30, 2024

Arjo AB (publ) reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2024. For the second quarter, the company reported sales was SEK 2,810 million compared to SEK 2,686 million a year ago. Net income was SEK 120 million compared to SEK 104 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was SEK 0.44 compared to SEK 0.38 a year ago.
For the six months, sales was SEK 5,569 million compared to SEK 5,324 million a year ago. Net income was SEK 251 million compared to SEK 218 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was SEK 0.92 compared to SEK 0.8 a year ago.
Arjo AB (publ) is a Sweden-based supplier of products, services and solutions for people with reduced mobility and age-related health challenges. The Companyâs offering includes products and solutions within the product segments Patient handling, Hygiene, Disinfection, Therapeutic surfaces, Venous Thromboembolism (VTE) prevention and Diagnostics. Additionally, the Company is offering its customers complementing services. The products comprise ceiling lifts, standing and raising aids, slings, floor lifters, among others. Arjo AB (publ) operates in more than 60 countries, which the Company divides into three geographical areas: North America, Western Europe and Rest of the World.
