The Board of Directors of ARB Berhad has on 29 September 2023 approved the change of the financial year end of the Company from 30 June 2023 to 31 December 2023. The next financial year will be commenced from 1 July 2022 to 31 December 2023, covering a period of 18 months. Thereafter, the subsequent financial years shall end on 31 December annually.
The reason for the change of the financial year end is to facilitate better management of resources of business operations and financial reporting.
